Award in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership

The Award in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership is offered by Ipazia Higher Education Institution, licensed by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA Licence 2024–037). The qualification is recognised at MQF Level 4 within the Malta Qualifications Framework and the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning.

This course provides learners with a foundational understanding of organisational behaviour and leadership principles. It explores how individuals and groups function within organisations, examining motivation, communication, group dynamics, organisational culture, and leadership theories. Through case studies, interactive workshops, and practical exercises, learners develop essential interpersonal, communication, and conflict-management skills.
